Trout Time!
Autumn is a great time to tackle trout fishing in our Warren River region. We can help you to plan your Pemberton fishing excursion with our Serenity House Pemberton's in-the-know spots, along dams and rivers. We also have a copy of the 2024 book Trout, by our Serenity House Pemberton guest and friend Glen Power, which includes around 100 pages detailing Pemberton's fishing haunts as well as an informative tale of our trout fishing history.
Walkers Paradise Amidst The Worldwide Tallest Fire Lookout Trees!
Pemberton is the best place to view Western Australia's towering karri trees with the fire lookout Gloucester Tree and Dave Evans Bicentennial Tree offering spectacular panoramic forest views . Whilst we eagerly awaiting the re-opening of the Gloucester Tree for climbing, the Dave Evans tree is open for tree climbing in Pemberton. Or for the adventurous, try out Arial Adventures Pemberton, offering a flying fox and aerial tree top walks experience, The Gloucester Tree is under 20 minutes from Serenity House Pemberton! Remember to check out the Guest Book, or ask us about our tried and tested walks in and around Pemberton.

Tram it to Lefroy Brook and the Cascades waterfall
Recreate a little bit of our history and climb aboard one of the original trams that were so important for our timber town growth. The 75 minute journey with Pemberton Tramways takes you deep into our breathtaking forests whilst the driver provides an informative and fun commentary. The train runs over bridges, stopping at the Cascades waterfalls for 25 minutes so you can hop off and take in the scenery. Pre-book a return or a one way ticket should you wish to pick up the Bibbulmun track and walk back to Pemby or onwards.
